My approach is gentle. You will leave your sessions feeling heard. You will also be given feedback and strategies you can use immediately to help yourself feel better.

Areas of Focus:

Anxiety: Worry can take away the joy from life. We will work together to restore peace and wellbeing to your life.

Trauma: Trauma can have a lasting impact. I believe we do not have to dig up everything that has ever happened to you. We can explore and heal what is coming up for you at a pace that feels comfortable. 

 

I have training in EMDR. EMDR can help heal previous hurts and traumas. If you think of a hurtful experience, it can feel as if you are living it right now as you think about the experience. EMDR can take the experience and have it feel like a book on a shelf. If you wanted, you could open the book and read what happened. It no longer feels like you are living inside the book.  

 

Relationships: Whether you want to improve your relationship with yourself or others, I'm here to provide guidance and support. We can work together to help you heal from attachment concerns and broken relationships or improve existing relationships. 

 

Problem-Solving: If you're facing a specific challenge or decision, we can work together to explore options, develop strategies, and find solutions that align with your goals.
